RePLAY’s cost and time savings to HOAs and apartment facilities are many. Unlike pavement maintenance practices such as sealcoating, no restriping is required, and RePLAY can be applied when residents are away—ensuring access to the area is only interrupted for hours, not days.
Generally, RePLAY is not as temperature-sensitive as bitumen-based products, which means it can be applied nearly year-round.
