How the Pilot Project works:
Designate a work zone.
Choose areas where RePlay will be applied and a comparable control area where it will not be applied.
Create a monitoring plan.
And evaluate treated areas relative to non-treated areas over time.
Assess the work zone.
And document the current condition of the asphalt.
Create a phasing map.
Along with a traffic control plan and necessary permits.
Clean the asphalt and apply RePlay.
And then promote the project.
Implement the monitoring plan...
…and measure the effectiveness of RePlay.
What does it cost to conduct a pilot project?
$25,000
per tote of material, which covers approximately 150,000 square feet.
